Bacon em cubos
Alho-poró q.b (purjolök)
1/2 xic chá requeijão (1 dl)
1 colh sopa farinha de trigo
1 colh sopa manteiga
Leite
1 gema de ovo
Massa folhada (smördeg)
Frita o bacon na própria gordura, dp adiciona o alho-poró picado com a manteiga. Refoga. Adiciona a f. de trigo e sempre mexendo acrescenta o leite até ficar com consistência de papa. Junta o requeijão, mexe bastante e põe numa forma p tortas. Cobre com a massa folhada, picela com a gema de ovo e leva ao forno até dourar.
PS:Como eu tinha um resto de frango assado na geladeira, desfiei e acrescentei no recheio.
